Makes: about 2 quarts
4 cups fresh raspberries
4 cups vodka
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 cups simple syrup (recipe below)
Gently wash the raspberries and dry on towels. Once dry, put them in a 64-ounce or larger glass container with a tight-fitting lid. Add the vodka and lemon juice and seal.
